Traditional Classroom
All of our content can be best taught in a classroom setting of up to 50 people per class. Maximum fun and accelerated learning takes place here! Using adult learning technology we learn concepts, play with them and practice skills. These classes can be brought “in house” at your organization for your employees. We can even customize some of the content with your own case studies…or develop new content to address your organization’s issues and aspirations.

Virtual Classes
This exciting new technology creates a “virtual classroom” experience. At a scheduled time all registrants access the same web address (web address and password provided by CPI to registered students). What you hear is the voice of the instructor through your computer speakers. What you see on your screen are the PowerPoint slides changing as the instructor changes them. You can ask the instructor questions by clicking on the “?” on your menu bar and typing your question. No neck-ache from cradling the phone on your shoulder while you flip through pages to try to keep up. You can take notes if you want while watching the slides change. Classes are held one hour at a time over a series of weeks until the content is covered. This is great for people who can’t get away for a whole day from the office, or who don’t want to travel to a location where the classroom format classes are being held. Webclasses are supported by Bulletin Board discussion areas for questions for the instructor that come up between classes – and for teams to work together on case studies.

(For small classes we sometimes provide you the option – your choice - of toll-free teleconferencing with the instructor or listening via speakers. If you elect teleconferencing/webclass combination you are in a telephone conference at the same time that you are watching the slides changing on your monitor. You ask questions verbally rather than typing.)

Self-Paced on-line training
Very soon we will be offering on-line self paced training as an option. This is a format where you take the content when you have the time. You page through the material at your own pace. When you are done, if the class is certified for contact hours or other continuing education credits, you may need to pass a test to prove you have mastered the material. When all requirements are completed you will receive a certificate for your records. These classes are always supported by the option to contact CPI with questions which will be forwarded to an instructor for a reply.
